Studies and Consultations:

The Institute provides studies and consultation services in the field of public administration to government institutions, civil society organizations, and private sector, in addition to any entity or individual looking to benefit from these services from inside or outside Jordan.

The Institute provides the beneficiaries with appropriate solutions to support decision-makers to develop performance at the individual and institutional level. This is implemented through a package of consultations and studies, such as analysis and identification of training needs, training impact studies, restructuring, re-engineering and simplification of procedures and services’ development, developing strategic plans and performance indicators, performance management and institutional excellence, management, development and planning of human resources, and any studies related to public administration.

Qualification and Accreditation of Centers and Trainers:

Accreditation of training centers:

In line of the partnership with private sector training centers in providing training services for public sector institutions, the Institute applies criteria and standards for qualifying such training centers.
