Engineer Mohammad Zouqan Al-Qudah was appointed Acting Executive Director of the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence at the beginning of 2025. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan (2006) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom (2010). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Leadership at Westcliff University in the United States.
Al-Qudah joined the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence in 2011, progressing from Excellence Coordinator to Excellence Supervisor and Head of the Excellence Unit. In 2015, he was appointed Director of the Standards and Evaluation Department. In 2023, he served as Acting Director of the Training and Consultancy Department, and in early 2024, he assumed the role of Deputy Executive Director.
With over 13 years of experience, Al-Qudah has contributed significantly to developing award criteria, training, and managing excellence awards across all sectors. He is a certified assessor, evaluator, and trainer accredited by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
