Directorate of Financial and Administrative Affairs
The directorate organizes and provides all administrative and financial services, secures the procurement of material and technological requirements for the work of the Institute, supervises all procedures related to the management of its administrative and financial affairs and works towards improving the services provided, the organization, management and keeping records of correspondences, completing printing services, maintenance, safety and transportation services.
The directorate also Prepares the Institute's annual budget draft and performs all human resources procedures from appointment to retirement.
The directorate consists of the following departments:
