Executive Track Programs

The department offers two types of executive track programs, each covering several axes with 60 training hours per program. Participants are evaluated through an examination and a personal interview conducted by an expert committee:

Qualification and Development Program for Executive Positions (Director) and/or Candidates: This program aims to build the capacities of participants and qualify them to perform their job duties by imparting knowledge, skills, and attitudes according to best practices

Qualification and Development Program for Supervisory Positions (Unit Head, Section Head, Department Head) or Candidates: This program aims to provide participants with basic information and knowledge about the concept and importance of supervision, as well as to equip them with effective supervisory skills to guide their subordinates and manage their administrative units efficiently and effectively.
