:About Government Leadership Center

In pursuit of the Royal visions and the current phase in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan towards reforming the public sector, the Government Leadership Center was established as an organizational unit within the Institute of Public Administration under Law No. (102) of 2019, aiming to build competent and qualified government leaders capable of assuming leadership positions at various levels within the government apparatus. This is achieved through preparing leaders and empowering them to lead national directions according to the best global practices in leadership development and building.

The Center develops plans, policies, methodologies, and mechanisms for designing, developing, and implementing specialized training programs to prepare and qualify leaders and leadership capacities in the public sector at various levels (preparing future leaders, new leaders, and leaders in their positions), meeting governmental needs and aligning with national plans and priorities.
